Flutter Entertainment Completes Delisting from London Stock Exchange

Flutter Entertainment, the parent company of popular brands like FanDuel, PokerStars, Betfair, and Paddy Power, has officially completed its delisting from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) as of August 3.

Now, the company's shares are exclusively traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

The decision to exit the LSE was announced on June 12, with Flutter citing low trading activity on the exchange, additional costs, and regulatory and administrative obligations as key reasons for their move.
