B2B company ChatBet has launched the third version of its AI assistant, which connects to the operator's sportsbook and allows players to place bets via WhatsApp messenger, according to SBC News.
The service processes both text and voice requests from users, recognizing informal terms (for example, Los Blancos instead of Real Madrid FC) and generates a betting slip in real-time, selecting teams, markets, odds, and available bonuses.
After that, the service checks the bet through the operator's sportsbook and sends the betting slip to the player for confirmation.
According to SBC News, the product is already operational with several licensed operators in Latin America and is integrated into Meta's WhatsApp Business ecosystem. As per the company's website description, the service acts as a communication channel between the player and the operator, does not manage player funds, and does not store their data.
