Caesars Entertainment Unveils 2025 CSR Report with $87.8M Investment

Caesars Entertainment has published its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report for 2025, showcasing an impressive $87.8 million invested in community initiatives and advancements in its PEOPLE PLANET PLAY strategy. This strategy encompasses environmental efforts, responsible gaming, and the development of its workforce.

The report outlines the company's achievements in areas such as community impact, environmental sustainability, responsible gaming, and workforce enhancement throughout 2025.

Kiersten Flint, Senior Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility and Internal Communications at Caesars Entertainment, emphasized, "At Caesars, conducting business ethically means generating value for our Team Members, guests, communities, and shareholders."

Flint further noted, "In 2025, we maintained our commitment to investing in our people, fortifying our communities, operating with integrity, and advancing our PEOPLE PLANET PLAY strategy to foster long-term growth and resilience."

Within the PEOPLE sector, Caesars' total community investment reached $87.8 million in 2025. This figure includes nearly $3.6 million in donations made through the Caesars Foundation, the equivalent of 78,000 hours volunteered by employees, and $2.6 million contributed by guests via the Caesars Makes Change initiative.

The company allocated $35 million towards employee training and development, facilitating over 1.5 million hours of educational opportunities. Additionally, Caesars filled more than 7,700 positions internally during the year, with 5,500 of those being promotions.

In terms of environmental impact, under the PLANET pillar, Caesars achieved a 21% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions from a 2019 baseline, and a 26% reduction in Scope 3 emissions from a 2022 baseline.

Caesars also broadened its renewable energy initiatives through a long-term partnership with Estuary Power, aiming to procure over 65,000 MWh of clean energy each year. Furthermore, the company enhanced its electric vehicle infrastructure, converting its fleet at Caesars Palace to fully electric vehicles.

Under the PLAY pillar, Caesars highlighted significant capital investment projects, including the commencement of the second phase of the $200 million redevelopment of Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe and over $100 million in upgrades at Flamingo Las Vegas.

In 2025, Caesars celebrated 36 years of responsible gaming initiatives, providing nearly 15,000 hours of responsible gaming training to over 44,000 employees while enhancing guest education and support across both its physical and digital platforms.

The company also reinforced its commitment to responsible business practices, focusing on ethical behavior, cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and anti-money laundering measures.
