On May 8, Brazil granted permission for operators to list betting applications with fixed odds in the local App Store, provided they hold a license from the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets (SPA).
Developers are required to submit their applications for review, including their license details in the App Review Information section and the Notes field, along with supporting documents. If a developer indicates the presence of gambling mechanics in the App Store Connect age rating questionnaire, the application will automatically receive an 18+ rating for Brazil.
