BMM Testlabs Highlights Peru's Gaming Market at PGS 2026

BMM Testlabs emphasizes the significance of Peru's regulated gaming sector as a vital component of its strategy in Latin America. The country's evolving online betting regulations and the ongoing demand for testing, certification, cybersecurity, and compliance services are pivotal for the company.

Having established its presence in Lima since 2007, BMM is set to participate in the Peru Gaming Show 2026 this week. They will showcase a variety of services encompassing land-based gaming, iGaming, cybersecurity, and online compliance training through the BMM Innovation Group.

In an exclusive discussion with Yogonet, Carlos Núñez del Prado, Service Delivery Manager at BMM Testlabs, shared insights on the company's aspirations for PGS 2026, the advancements in Peru's regulatory landscape, and how the market fits into BMM's growth strategy in the region.

Regarding expectations for PGS 2026, Núñez del Prado stated, “PGS is always one of the premier gaming events in Latin America, and we are thrilled to return to Lima this year. We anticipate engaging in meaningful discussions with operators, suppliers, regulators, and industry leaders about the future of gaming in Peru and the broader region.”

BMM will be located at Booth 31-32, where they will present their comprehensive suite of services, including product testing, certification, inspection, cybersecurity from BIG Cyber, and compliance training via RG24seven Virtual Training.

As gaming markets grow increasingly complex, the demand for reliable partners to help navigate regulatory landscapes and enhance security is on the rise. BMM aims to fulfill this need.

The Peruvian market has seen significant improvements in its regulatory framework for online gaming. BMM views this development positively, noting that it has fostered a more stable environment for operators and players alike. “Peru has established a clear and effective regulatory framework that enhances the appeal of its gaming market,” Núñez del Prado remarked.

BMM is proud to have been one of the first laboratories authorized to test and certify online gaming and sports betting products under the new regulations. The company continues to collaborate closely with regulators and industry stakeholders to uphold compliance and player protection.

Land-based gaming also plays a crucial role in Peru's gaming landscape. At PGS, BMM will showcase its extensive experience in testing and certifying various land-based gaming products, including slot machines and electronic table games. “We aim to assist our clients in efficiently bringing products to market while ensuring the highest standards of compliance and operational integrity,” Núñez del Prado added.

With over 40 years of experience in regulated gaming markets, BMM understands the challenges faced by suppliers and operators and is dedicated to facilitating their success.

BMM's long-standing presence in Lima has allowed it to serve the traditional casino sector effectively. The company views land-based gaming and iGaming as complementary rather than separate sectors, enabling them to support clients' compliance needs across both domains.
