On April 23, the relevant department under the Ministry of Economy in Belgium published the conditions for enforcing a commercial court order from Brussels dated April 13. This order mandates the blocking of unlicensed iGaming websites bwincasinobelgium.com and ladbrokescasino.be, which are masquerading under the brands bwin and Ladbrokes.

Search engines, CDN providers, DNS services, and internet service providers are required to restrict access to these sites from within Belgium within five working days.

Failure to comply with any of these measures will result in a one-time fine of €500,000 for each intermediary. The list of recipients includes major companies such as Microsoft (Bing), Google, Cloudflare, Cisco (OpenDNS), as well as 15 local internet providers including Proximus, Orange Belgium, Telenet, Starlink, DIGI Communications, Mobile Vikings, Citymesh Connect, SkyDSL, EDPnet, Cybernet, Yoin, IPTelecom, United Mobile Belgium, CENTREA, and Tchamba Refinder.

The measures also cover mirrors and redirects to the blocked sites. This order is effective until April 13, 2027.
