In Brest, Belarus, law enforcement officials have arrested a 45-year-old woman who allegedly borrowed money from acquaintances under various pretenses and spent it at an unnamed online casino.
According to reports, six victims lost a total of $22,700. Investigators have opened a criminal case for fraud, and the suspect faces up to 12 years in prison.
