Bally's Corporation has announced a significant increase in its fourth-quarter revenue, reporting a 28.6% rise, attributed to the growth of its casino and online sectors, alongside recent acquisitions. The company is also actively enhancing its development pipeline and expanding its global footprint.
For the quarter ending December 31, Bally's preliminary revenue reached $746.2 million, a notable increase from approximately $580 million during the same period last year.
The Casinos & Resorts division saw a 12.9% revenue increase, totaling $366.2 million, bolstered by the integration of Queen Casino properties and a newly renovated venue in Baton Rouge. Additionally, the Bally’s Intralot B2C segment generated $236.5 million, marking a 13.9% rise, while North America Interactive revenue surged by 55.4% to $62.3 million, fueled by robust growth in iGaming and sports betting.
CEO Robeson Reeves commented, “Our fourth quarter capped off a transformative year for Bally’s. In 2025, we restructured and expanded our portfolio both domestically and internationally, in online and retail sectors, while reinforcing our financial position for sustainable growth.”
The North America Interactive segment achieved profitability on an adjusted basis, reporting EBITDAR of $0.8 million compared to a loss of $10.2 million a year prior, thanks to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, artificial intelligence, and automation.
From February 8 to December 31, referred to as the successor period, Bally's generated approximately $2.436 billion in revenue, closely aligning with the roughly $2.45 billion reported for the entire year of 2024, indicating stable year-on-year performance as the company shifts its revenue focus towards digital operations.
Bally's is also in the process of reshaping its business through a significant deal with Greek lottery operator Intralot, selling its international interactive business for €2.7 billion ($2.9 billion). This transaction has led to the establishment of Bally's Intralot, where Bally's retains a 58% controlling interest.
“On the digital interactive front, we have become the majority stakeholder in Bally’s Intralot, creating a global leader in iGaming and lottery with enhanced scale and a complementary product range across B2C, B2G, and B2B channels,” Reeves stated.
Financially, the company has strengthened its balance sheet by securing a $1.1 billion credit facility due in 2031 and repaying a $1.47 billion term loan due in 2028. By the end of the year, Bally's reported $108.2 million in cash and $4.5 billion in long-term debt, up from $3.3 billion in 2024. Profit or loss figures for the quarter or the full year were not disclosed.
On the development side, Bally's is advancing several major projects across the U.S. In New York, the company has obtained a license to construct a $4 billion casino resort in the Bronx.
“In December, the New York State Gaming Commission granted a Gaming Facility License for the Bally’s Bronx project,” Reeves noted. “This integrated casino resort, valued at $4.0 billion, represents the largest private development in the borough’s history.”
Set to open by 2030, the project will encompass 16 acres with 3 million square feet of gaming space, a 500-room hotel, a 2,000-person event center, and a cultural destination.
“We are excited and committed to the Bronx project, which presents a significant opportunity for the local community, offering over $765 million in community benefits and creating thousands of jobs,” he added.
Bally's is also making progress on its Chicago casino project and a major development in Las Vegas on the former Tropicana site.
“We are advancing the Bally’s Las Vegas project on the former Tropicana site, which shares a 35-acre campus with Major League Baseball’s Las Vegas Athletics,” Reeves stated. “With construction already underway to support the A’s 2028 season, Bally’s Las Vegas aims to redefine the retail, dining, and entertainment experience on the Strip.”
The company has announced a delay in filing its annual report and will release further details soon.
