This time, the court in Curacao invalidated two trademark registrations of Aviator owned by Aviator LLC. Spribe emerged victorious in this round. The most remarkable part is that, according to the court, SPRIBE has already initiated over 120 similar procedures globally.
As courts continue to hand out victories in turns, Aviator keeps soaring—now through judicial instances.
