Aviator Studio announced on LinkedIn that on April 16, 2026, the São Paulo State Court (TJSP) issued two consecutive rulings in favor of Aviator Studio Brazil in cases initiated by provider Spribe.
According to Aviator Studio, the 2nd Reserve Chamber of Commercial Law at TJSP rejected Spribe's requests for protective measures against Aviator Studio Brazil's operations at both the first and appellate instances. The court cited a lack of sufficient grounds for urgent intervention and a significant dispute regarding the validity of Spribe's rights to the AVIATOR trademark in Brazil and beyond.
The main trademark process continues in the usual manner.
Aviator Studio stated that it entered the process to support its partner Foggo Entertainment (Blaze) under a licensing agreement. The company also confirmed that it was unaware of a separate case by Spribe against operator Betnacional (NSX Brasil S.A., Flutter Entertainment) and, upon receiving this information, took on the defense of the legitimate use of the AVIATOR brand. Earlier, on March 4, 2026, the Pernambuco State Court dismissed a similar request from Spribe for a preliminary injunction against Betnacional in case 0111453-89.2025.8.17.2001.
