In April, Harry Reid International Airport recorded over 4.3 million passengers arriving and departing, although this figure remains lower than the same month last year.
According to the latest passenger statistics released by the Clark County Department of Aviation, the Las Vegas airport welcomed 4,379,755 travelers in April 2026. This marks a decrease from the 4,716,039 passengers seen in April 2025, reflecting a year-over-year decline of 7.13%.
Throughout the first four months of 2026, a total of 16,935,330 travelers passed through the airport, which is a 5.6% drop compared to the 17,940,001 passengers recorded during the same timeframe last year.
Domestic flights continued to be the primary source of airport activity. In April, Harry Reid International Airport accommodated 4,039,313 domestic passengers, down 6.6% from the previous year.
International passenger numbers experienced an even sharper decline, with the airport reporting 272,386 international travelers in April, a 12.4% decrease compared to the same month last year.
The Department of Aviation noted that data from Spirit Airlines was not available due to the airline's recent collapse in early May. To finalize the April report, officials utilized ratios based on Spirit Airlines' passenger data from the preceding three months.
