In Kazakhstan, the operator 1xBet has reported on its Threads profile that its slogan "Sponsor of Sports Emotions" has been registered by an unauthorized individual. The brand has refused to buy back the rights to it.
According to the operator, the slogan was not registered as a trademark, which allowed the registrant to take advantage of the situation. 1xBet stated that they were already planning to change the slogan and announced a competition for a new version.
